Privacy Policy

The short version: the text you type stays on your device. Below is the long version, written to be read, not skimmed past.

Last updated 26 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information loopbhai.com ("LoopBhai", "we", "us") collects when you visit, why, who else may receive it, how long we keep it and what choices you have. We have tried to make it complete and readable. If anything is unclear, email hello@loopbhai.com.

Summary

  • The text you type into our tools is never sent to us. It is processed by your own browser and disappears when you close the page.
  • We count visits using a random ID stored in a cookie. We do not collect your name, phone number, email or IP address for this.
  • Third-party advertising partners may use cookies and similar technology to show and measure ads. You can control this.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • If you email us, we use your email only to reply and handle your request.

Text you enter into the tools

The Text Repeater and Text Inverter run entirely inside your web browser using JavaScript. When you type, paste or upload text:

  • It is processed in your device's memory and is not transmitted to our server or to any advertising partner.
  • Files you upload with the "Upload .txt" button are read by your browser locally. The file is not uploaded anywhere.
  • The Paste button asks your browser for permission to read your clipboard. Your browser shows its own prompt, and you can refuse.
  • When you press Copy, the result is placed on your clipboard. When you press Download, a file is created on your device.
  • If you press the WhatsApp button, your browser opens WhatsApp's share link (wa.me) with up to about 4,000 characters of your result in the address. That text then goes to WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta, and is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. If you do not want this, use Copy instead.

We never see, store or log the content of what you type.

Information we collect automatically

Anonymous visit counting

To understand how many people use LoopBhai, our own software records each page view with:

  • a random visitor ID (24 characters, created on your first visit and stored in the lb_sid cookie),
  • the page you visited (for example "/" or "/about"),
  • the date and time.

While a page is open, your browser also sends a small signal to our server every 30 seconds so we can show a "people online now" count in our private dashboard. That signal contains only the same random ID.

This visit record does not include your IP address, name, email, phone number, location or device details, and the random ID is not linked to any of those things. Automated visitors such as search engine crawlers are not counted.

Server logs kept by our hosting provider

Like almost every website, our pages are delivered by a web hosting company. Its servers automatically keep short-term technical logs of requests, which normally include the IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time and the response status. These logs are used to keep the service secure and working, to investigate abuse and to fix errors. They are controlled by the hosting provider's own retention settings and are usually deleted within a few weeks.

Analytics

We may use a third-party analytics service, such as Google Analytics, to understand which pages are popular and how visitors find us. If we do, that service sets its own cookies and receives information such as the pages you view, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your device type and browser, and how you arrived at the site. We do not send the text you type in the tools to any analytics service.

Advertising

LoopBhai is free because it shows ads. Ads may be served by third-party networks such as Google AdSense and other advertising partners. These companies may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and similar technology to:

  • show ads that are relevant to you, based on your visits to this and other websites,
  • limit how often you see the same ad,
  • measure whether ads are seen and clicked,
  • detect and prevent ad fraud.

Google's use of advertising cookies

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising by Google by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can opt out of some other third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices or, in Europe, at youronlinechoices.eu. More about how Google uses data from sites that use its services is at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Where the law requires your consent before advertising cookies are used, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we or our advertising partners will ask for it through a consent message, and you can change your choice at any time.

Advertisers never receive the text you type into our tools.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. We use one first-party cookie, lb_sid, for anonymous visit counting, and advertising or analytics partners may set their own. The full list, and how to block or delete cookies, is in our Cookie Policy.

If you contact us

When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use this only to reply, to handle your request and to keep a record of the conversation in case you write again. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not share your email with advertisers. We keep emails for up to two years after our last exchange, unless the law requires us to keep them longer, and then delete them.

We handle personal data only where we have a lawful reason to:

  • Legitimate interests: anonymous visit counting, security logs and replying to messages are necessary to run, protect and improve the website, and have very little impact on your privacy.
  • Consent: where required by law, personalised advertising and analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Legal obligation: we may keep or disclose information when the law requires it.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent personal data. Information may be received by:

  • our web hosting provider, which stores the website and its server logs,
  • advertising and analytics partners, as described above, under their own privacy policies,
  • authorities, if we are legally required to disclose information, or to protect the rights, property or safety of LoopBhai, our users or the public.

If LoopBhai is ever transferred to a new owner, the limited data we hold would pass to them, and they would be bound by this policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data. These include rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, and US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. They can include the right to:

  • know what personal data we hold about you and get a copy,
  • have inaccurate data corrected,
  • have your data deleted,
  • object to or restrict certain uses, including personalised advertising,
  • withdraw consent you have given, at any time,
  • nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to,
  • complain to a data protection authority, such as the Data Protection Board of India or your local regulator in the EU or UK.

To use any of these rights, email hello@loopbhai.com with the subject "Privacy request". Because our visit records are anonymous, the easiest way for us to find yours is if you tell us the value of your lb_sid cookie. Alternatively, simply delete the cookie in your browser settings: that immediately disconnects you from any past records. We will acknowledge requests within seven days and complete them within thirty days.

How we protect information

The site is served over HTTPS, which encrypts traffic between your browser and our server. Our database is not publicly accessible, the admin area is protected by a password and limited to the site owner, and we collect very little data in the first place, which is the most effective protection of all. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.

Children

LoopBhai is a general audience website and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 18 where Indian law applies to the processing of children's data). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

LoopBhai is run from India, and our hosting and advertising partners may process data in India, the United States, the European Union or other countries. Where data moves across borders, we rely on our partners' legal safeguards for such transfers.

Our pages link to other websites, such as WhatsApp and Google's ad settings. We are not responsible for how those websites handle data. Please read their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change, and show the new date at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site. Continuing to use LoopBhai after a change means you accept the updated policy.
